On a Quick Start plan you fully tailor content, imagery, colours, and brand details within the chosen layout. Once you need a bespoke layout or a design built from scratch, it becomes a Custom Build — we confirm which applies during scoping. Compare plans.

We focus on managed websites for local and growth-oriented small and mid-sized businesses. We are not a native mobile-app developer, a pure design studio, a large online-shop specialist, or a social-media management agency.

These are not part of the standard plans, but we are not limited to them — online sales, memberships, accounts, or protected content can be built as a custom scope, either as a tailored plan or added to an existing one. Talk to us to scope it.

Booking can be added to any plan — either by connecting a booking service you already use or by building it into your site. It is added as a separate line item (one-time setup, plus a monthly fee where ongoing service is involved), at the start or later.

Yes. Integrations with tools such as a CRM, email-marketing platform, invoicing software, booking system, messaging service, maps, or payment links can be added to any plan, scoped to your specific tools. Tell us what you use and we will confirm what is possible.

We review your request, clarify scope if needed, and prepare a contract. You review and sign — no payment until then. After signing and payment, we begin production and deliver a staging preview for your feedback.

Every plan includes a UAT preview period. You review the staging site, provide feedback, and we make changes within the agreed scope. The same process applies to all plans.

You can provide your own text, photos, and brand assets, have us help, or mix the two. Stock photos are included, and custom photography or AI-generated imagery can be requested. An AI-generated starter logo is included if you do not have one. Your legal texts remain your responsibility.

We build with strong SEO foundations and can set up redirects to protect the value you have already earned. We cannot guarantee rankings, though — they depend on factors no website fully controls, such as domain history, competition, and backlinks.

Yes. AI-powered SEO setup and an AI-generated starter logo are included in every plan. AI-assisted outputs are subject to review — we always verify quality before delivery.

Yes. We serve the DACH and wider EU market with 7 supported languages. All prices are in EUR across domains and locales.

No. All prices are listed on the pricing page. Optional add-ons are shown separately. VAT is currently not charged under § 19 Abs. 1 UStG. See add-ons for the full list.

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual billing is prepaid for 12 months; cancellation is also possible during the term and takes effect at the end of the 12-month period. After that, the subscription continues month to month.

At contract signing you pay the one-time setup fee, the first billing period, and any one-time add-ons you selected. No payment is collected before you sign.

Annual billing lowers the monthly equivalent price. The first 12-month total is invoiced after signing. After the initial term, the subscription continues month to month unless renewed annually.

Domain costs are always separate from the plan. If we register and manage the domain for you, that is a small yearly management fee plus the registry cost passed through. You can also own your domain yourself.

Email hosting is not included. "Email / SMTP setup" covers configuring email for your domain; the provider's own hosting cost is passed through. Many clients simply provide their own email service, which we connect for you.

Only in limited, predictable ways and never as a surprise: an annual inflation-based adjustment, and rarely a documented cost-based one. You receive at least 6 weeks' notice and a special cancellation right on any increase. On annual billing, your price is locked for the paid term.

Yes, a CMS is included in every plan. Quick Start plans include basic content editing. Custom plans offer a broader content model with more editing capabilities.

Content updates, layout tweaks, and small additions — measured in working time. Bug fixes, security patches, and platform updates are free and do not count against your budget. See change packs for extra capacity.

Each plan includes a monthly working-time allowance for content and small layout updates. Unused minutes do not roll over. Overage is billed at €85/hour in 15-minute increments.

Yes. We rebuild your content in our structure during onboarding. Your content and brand assets stay yours throughout the process.

Yes. On the showcase page, demo sites that support it have a "Try CMS" button that opens a safe, sandboxed editing session so you can feel how it works first. Browse the showcase.

The editor is for updating content within your existing pages. Creating new pages or layouts is not a self-service action — new pages are added by us, as a top-up or from your monthly change allowance.

We handle hosting operations, backups, security patches, monitoring, and ongoing updates. Response times depend on your plan tier: from 2 business days (Starter) to same business day (Scale).

Yes, within limits. On monthly billing you can pause for up to three months; while paused, your site goes offline and your content is kept safely. On annual billing, the pause option applies once you move to monthly billing at the end of the paid term.

You own your domain, brand assets, and all content you provide. We own the codebase and infrastructure as part of the managed service.

We export your content and data within 30 days and support your domain transfer. Monthly plans end at the current billing month. Annual plans run the full 12-month term.

Your website runs on managed hosting with SSL, CDN, daily backups, security patches, framework updates, and a staging environment for safe preview of changes.

We provide GDPR-ready technical implementation: locally hosted fonts, cookie consent, and privacy-first analytics. We do not provide legal advice — legal text approval remains your responsibility or your legal counsel's.

The core providers are Supabase (hosting, authentication, database), Cloudflare (CDN, DNS, protection), Stripe (payments), Migadu (email), and Grafana Cloud (monitoring). Google Analytics is involved only if you enable it with consent. The full list is in the privacy policy.
